The full model
Every assumption the model uses, open for you to correct. Start with your contract: seats, prices, population. Then the overage bills: your last three monthly figures give a measured baseline, not a guess.
If the next contract is usage based
Part B: the year after the current agreement, per the cohort model in the full model section.
Projected saving, year one of the next contract
Annual run-rate saving
Annual cost: staying vs the modelled next contract
What this uses
Every figure is computed in your browser from the assumptions in the full model, which you can correct, and published list prices. Your effective price per million tokens comes from invoice volume, not list prices. Replacing that proxy is the first thing a working session does.

This page models the arithmetic, not your estate. In a working session we replace every assumption with your invoice data, your seat counts and your growth curve, and produce a versioned business case you can circulate internally. We take on two to three of these engagements at a time.
